【摘要】:Mechanicaldrivesystemsoperabilityandlong-termintegrityareconcernsthatshouldbeaddressedprimarilyduringthedesignphase;however,problemsidentifiedduringfabricationandtestingshouldberesolvedandthechangesinthedesigndocumented.Equipmentoperabilityandintegritycanbecompromisedduringhandlingandinstallationsequences.Forthisreason,thesubjectequipmentshouldbehandledandinstalledundercloselycontrolledandsupervisedconditions.Thisstandardisintendedasasupplementtootherstandards,andtofederalandstateregulations,codes,andcriteriaapplicabletothedesignofequipmentintendedforthisuse.Thisstandardisintendedtobegenericandtoapplytoawiderangeoftypesandconfigurationsofmechanicaldrivesystems.1.1Intent:1.1.1Theintentofthisstandardistoprovidegeneralguidelinesforthedesign,selection,qualityassurance,installation,operation,andmaintenanceofmechanicaldrivesystemsusedinremotehotcellenvironments.Thetermmechanicaldrivesystemsusedherein,encompassesallindividualcomponentsusedforimpartingmotiontoequipmentsystems,subsystems,assemblies,andothercomponents.Italsoincludescompletepositioningsystemsandindividualunitsthatprovidemotivepowerandanypositionindicatorsnecessarytomonitorthemotion.1.2Applicability:1.2.1Thisstandardisintendedtobeapplicabletoequipmentusedunderoneormoreofthefollowingconditions:1.2.1.1Thematerialshandledorprocessedconstituteasignificantradiationhazardtomanortotheenvironment.1.2.1.2Theequipmentwillgenerallybeusedoveralong-termlifecycle(forexample,inexcessoftwoyears),butequipmentintendedforuseoverashorterlifecycleisnotexcluded.1.2.1.3Theequipmentcanneitherbeaccesseddirectlyforpurposesofoperationormaintenance,norcantheequipmentbevieweddirectly,forexample,withoutradiationshieldingwindows,periscopes,oravideomonitoringsystem(GuidesC1572andC1661).1.2.2Thesystemofunitsemployedinthisstandardisthemetricunit,alsoknownasSIUnits,whicharecommonlyusedforInternationalSystems,anddefined,byStandardforUseofInternationalSystemofUnits.Commonnomenclatureforspecifyingsometerms;specificallyhorsepowerusesacombinationofbothmetricandinch-poundunits.1.3UserCaveats:1.3.1Thisstandardisnotasubstituteforappliedengineeringskills,provenpracticesandexperience.Itspurposeistoprovideguidance.1.3.1.1Theguidancesetforthinthisstandardrelatingtodesignofequipmentisintendedonlytoalertdesignersandengineerstothosefeatures,conditions,andproceduresthathavebeenfoundnecessaryorhighlydesirabletothedesign,selection,operationandmaintenanceofmechanicaldrivesystemsforthesubjectserviceconditions.1.3.1.2Theguidancesetforthresultsfromdiscoveriesofconditions,practices,features,orlackoffeaturesthatwerefoundtobesourcesofoperationalormaintenanceproblems,orcausesoffailure.1.3.2Thisstandarddoesnotsupersedefederalorstateregulations,orboth,andcodesapplicabletoequipmentunderanyconditio......
