【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesgeneralrulesfortheenumerationofprobioticyeastsinfeedsamples(additives,premixturesandfeedingstuffs)thatcontainyeastasasinglemicroorganismcomponentorinamixturewithothermicroorganisms.Thestandardisnotapplicabletomineralfeedswhicharedefinedascomplementaryfeedingstuffscomposedmainlyofmineralsandcontainingatleast40%crudeash(CouncilDirective79/373/EEC)[4].Therearedifferentcategoriesoffeedsamples:a)Additiveswhichcontainabout10CFU/gto10CFU/g(CFU=colonyformingunits):b)Premixtureswhichcontainabout10CFU/g,c)Feeds,mealorpellets,whichcontainabout10CFU/gandincludecompletefeedingstuffs,andmilkreplacers.ThedetectionlimitisasdefinedinENISO7218.
